CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEMS
Heating and cooling in the retail space is flexible; louvers in the storefront will allow equipment of your choice. The building will provide valves for hot water, chilled water, or condenser water metered by consumption.

Heating will be by perimeter hot water base board units


HIGH LINE ACCESS
The brand new High Line development provides New York socialites and shoppers the unique opportunity to be a part of what is soon to be a grand, public promenade. The High Line has proven to be one of Manhattan’s most extensive recreational developments in centuries, adding color and life to and already popular section of the city. AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
There will be a chilled water plant to consist of electric drive modular high efficiency machines. Each of the six machines will have a capacity of approximately 50 tons. All water cooled chillers will be designed to operate in parallel. Two chilled water pumps (one standby) will be provided to circulate chilled water. Each pump will be a provider with VFD.

Two cell cooling towers will be located on the building roof, and will serve the refrigeration plant. Each winterized cell will be provided with variable speed fans and electric basin heaters. Condenser water will be provided through a 1 ½” valved supply and return outlet.
