DESCRIPTION
Ten story steel framed office tower to be built atop an existing five story building.

ELEVATORS

Two (2) passenger elevators which will have a speed of 350 FPM. Their capacity will be 3,000 lbs. each, and they will be ADA compliant.

CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEMS
Heating on the typical office floors will be by perimeter hot water base board units.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
There will be a chilled water plant to consist of electric drive modular high efficiency machines. Each of the six machines will have a capacity of approximately 50 tons. All water cooled chillers will be designed to operate in parallel. Two chilled water pumps (one standby) will be provided to circulate chilled water. Each pump will be a provider with VFD.

Two cell cooling towers will be located on the building roof, and will serve the refrigeration plant. Each winterized cell will be provided with variable speed fans and electric basin heaters. Condenser water will be provided for each tenant floor through a 1 ½” valved supply and return outlet at every floor.
